If we could Vaporize Trump with Campaign Spending, should we?

Bill Moyers has a piece up on the DailyKos criticizing Debbie Wasserman Schultz primarily for fundraising.  www.dailykos.com/…  To date, Donald Trump has raised a bit shy of fifty eight million dollars for his run for president.  www.opensecrets.org/… By contrast Hillary Clinton has raised two hundred and four million.  www.opensecrets.org/…  If this keeps up, the Democrats might be able to out raise Trump four to one and flat out vaporize him.  The Republicans have done it to us before, now we get the change to do it back.  While I would love to roll back Citizens United and impose strong campaign finance reform, that isn’t going to happen under our current jurisprudence.

If we’re stuck with the current system of money in politics, then lets play this game to win.  That means running up the fundraising score, and making sure we don’t compromise core principals to do so.  Since our core principals are also the thing that gets us votes, that means making sure our leaders know that there are some things they have to be with the party on, or they are not going to be our leaders.
